the location was good (convenient for exploring).
The room service was inconsistent. it only made the bed sometimes, and it did not always remove rubbish or replenish items like sugar and toilet paper, even after i asked. the billing process was also quite messy. I am still owed money after multiple calls to the manager.

Excellent Location with Helpful Staff

helpful staffcomfortable bedgreat locationexcellent concierge
The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was a great size and had a very comfortable bed. The location on Little Collins Street was excellent. It made getting around easy with lots of restaurants nearby.
The bathroom felt small. There was no door separating the sink and vanity area. This setup wasn't ideal for multiple adults sharing the space.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast offered a good variety of food and seemed more than adequate. I found this a convenient option, and I appreciated it. The service was efficient.
Facilities
8/10
The rooftop gym included necessary equipment for a basic workout, such as cardio machines and free weights. The pool and spa provided a relaxing experience after a busy day. I spent a few hours swimming.
